Card Payments:

For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds. Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

Our Return Policy:

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Processing Time:

We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
